I can have sandwiches for lunch everyday. Yes, really. Our good friend *cough* Sebastian *cough* calls fruits and veges and sandwiches “rabbit food”. Rabbits are cute. I have no problems with that. 😛
Anyway, back to my sandwich lunches. A sampling of my sandwich lunches would look something like this:
Ham Sprout Sandwich
Homemade Chicken Burger Brie Sprout Sandwich (boy, wasn’t that a mouthful!)
My aunt made them burgers. They were sooooooooooo good!
Yes, yes, they all have sprouts on them. I know I know. The carton took a long time to finish! It’s all gone now so this will be the last of it…. for now! Since I made pulled pork recently, I wanted to have them in a variety of ways. As you saw previously, I had them in a sandwich. I thought I might show you how I made mine. So obviously this isn’t quite a recipe but rather an assembly thing.
Gather your ingredients:
I used two slices of country herb Bread, some Brie, Sprouts, Pulled Pork and a little olive oil
Toast your bread lightly on a skillet oiled with olive oil.
Load up them pulled pork.
Slice your brie. Oh brie. I could sing an ode to brie.
Lay them up. Yes, I’m trying to put up as many pictures of brie as possible. Because I love it so. 🙂
Grab a bunch of sprouts or sliced cucumbers and tomatoes and arrange them on top.
Let’s have another look. See the tiny flower on top? Too cute! It was in the sprout carton.
The residual heat from the bread makes the brie all ooey and gooey. It’s almost unbelievable. And yes, I finished everything. Every last bit.
“For whosoever shall do the will of My Father which is in heaven, the same is My brother, and sister, and mother. ” (Matthew 12:50)
